Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking new graduate Bachelor’s and Master’s candidates for Research & Development roles across North America, including PA. You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and stay current with technology while supporting Dow’s sustainability goals.

The program offers opportunities in process research, technical service & development, pilot plant technology, and data science/engineering, with mentorship and a focus on safety and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
