Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience advising or supporting students in higher education.
• Experience coordinating events or student engagement initiatives.
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with student information systems (PeopleSoft) and LMS (Canvas).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated initiative and ownership of programs.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support immersion and online graduate business students through coaching and policy interpretation.
• Monitor student academic progress and readiness for graduation.
• Coordinate registration, iPOS, CPT trainings, and academic tracking.
• Develop and deliver proactive student communications and events.
• Collaborate with faculty and departments to support program operations and student success.
• Plan orientation, engagement initiatives, and signature events.
• Support budgets and financial processes for the program.
• Create and improve operational processes to enhance the student experience.
• Represent the unit on committees and initiatives.
