Job summary

The University of Arizona Immunobiology Department in Tucson is seeking a Student Services Administrative Professional III (Program Coordinator, Lead) to support graduate programs, advising, admissions, scheduling, and curriculum processes.

You will partner with the Educational Leader and Director to manage plans of study, coordinate events, and maintain online and certificate programs, while helping ensure milestones and degree requirements are documented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with graduate admissions processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IMB graduate programs and assist with admissions.
• Collaborate to develop promotional materials and websites for graduate programs.
• Plan and organize graduate program events including orientation and open house sessions.
• Assist students and faculty with GradPath forms to create plans of study.
• Coordinate curriculum updates and new program proposals.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies.
