Qualifications

• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in recruitment, admissions, enrollment management, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate enrollment demand and pipeline growth for graduate programs.
• Drive applicant conversion and enrollment outcomes through consultations and follow-up.
• Represent graduate programs at recruitment events and build market relationships.
• Maintain pipeline performance using CRM and enrollment systems.
