Job summary

University of Illinois Chicago Extended Campus is seeking a College Recruiter to attract and enroll students for online undergraduate and graduate programs. You will act as the primary contact for prospective online students and coordinate with colleges, community partners, and events to maximize inquiries and applications.

You will use CRM tools to track leads, respond to inquiries via multiple channels, and support senior leadership with enrollment data and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, education or related field.
• At least three years of student recruiting or sales experience with a track record of meeting performance goals.
• Experience with enrollment management concepts and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective students to maintain a targeted pipeline for online programs.
• Establish relationships with students, colleges, and partner organizations to meet enrollment targets.
• Use CRM to manage prospective student communications and document feedback.
