Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of program coordination experience.
• High school diploma or GED and 6+ years of program coordination experience.
• Modern Campus CMS, MS Excel, and MS Word certifications are preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with MLA program administration and supervise student workers.
• Serve as MLA graduate admissions contact and guide applicants through the admissions process.
• Coordinate budgeting and reimbursements for faculty and students; provide secondary advising.
• Communicate graduation deadlines and requirements to graduate students.
• Develop and update college web content and publications with Marketing support.
• Coordinate program events, class visits and travel arrangements.
• Provide backup support for other Academic Program Specialists and collaborate on college initiatives.
