Qualifications

  • High School diploma required.
  • At least 4 years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups.
  • Data extraction and analysis skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with common office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of and proficiency with student information systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead accreditation reporting and program evaluation processes.
  • Coordinate master’s and doctoral admissions processes, including interviews.
  • Maintain and update student and faculty records to support accreditation.
  • Provide administrative support to multiple graduate programs and faculty.
  • Plan and execute departmental events and manage procurement needs.
  • Proctor national exams and assist in graduation-related processes.
