• Education/Experience: Associate degree +2 years or Bachelor’s degree +1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for degree and non‑degree programs and manage budgets.
• Oversee registrations, matriculation, and graduation processes.
• Coordinate weekly faculty and participant communications.
• Collaborate with Event Services, DART, vendors and parking teams.
• Assist with financial aid inquiries and billing processes.
• Coordinate Canvas, Zoom and Microsoft Teams for virtual learning.
• Support program evaluation and process improvements.
• Occasional travel for off‑campus activities.
