Responsibilities

• Workflow Orchestration: Create and maintain production schedules by reconciling customer demand with plant capacity to meet delivery commitments.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Warehouse to align priorities and communicate lead-time expectations.
• Material Readiness: Audit material availability for scheduled jobs, coordinate kitting activities, and notify Purchasing of shortages.
• Supplier Coordination: Partner with Buyers to expedite supplier pull-ins and resolve past-due parts that threaten the schedule.
• ERP Ownership: Maintain ERP accuracy for dates, quantities, and statuses to ensure a single source of truth for operations.
• Constraint Management: Monitor capacity models and elevate in-window impediments to functional owners for rapid resolution.
