Qualifications

• Recent engineering graduate or 2026–2027 graduate with a focus on the environment and continuous improvement.
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to apply engineering principles to manufacturing.
• Internship experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve safety-oriented processes for self and team.
• Follow established engineering principles to design sequences for tissue-based manufacturing.
• Prepare standard operation sheets and monitor production processes.
• Collect, analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot using root cause analysis methodology as needed.
• Drive projects that support continuous improvements and deliverables.
• Engage in ongoing in-house training modules to advance technical skills.
