Job summary

Essity seeks a Safety Specialist for its large manufacturing site in Neenah, Wisconsin. You will work with the Health and Safety Manager to implement safety programs, conduct on-site training, and drive compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

You will analyze incidents, lead root cause investigations, and promote safety leadership across the site, while supporting continuous improvement and meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Passion for actively improving and monitoring safety practices.
• Experience and knowledge of Health & Safety topics, requirements, and compliance initiatives.
• Demonstrated impact on business through safety projects and day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and coordinate Health & Safety training on site.
• Generate monthly safety-related reports and KPIs.
• Support managers with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations compliance.
