Job summary

Essity AB in Neenah, Wisconsin seeks a graduate process engineer to support tissue-based converting operations. You will work with experienced teammates to apply engineering principles, monitor production data, and design manufacturing steps to meet quality and cost targets.

You will lead change initiatives, participate in safety-focused processes, and pursue ongoing learning through training modules, building a foundation for future leadership in Essity’s hygiene and health business.

Responsibilities

• Managing safety-oriented processes for yourself and others
• Applying engineering principles to design manufacturing steps for tissue-based consumer products that meet high standards of quality and cost
• Performing standard technical tasks and preparing operational documentation
• Monitoring production processes and analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities
• Learning to troubleshoot using root cause analysis
• Leading projects that support continuous improvement
• Engaging in ongoing learning through industry-specific training modules

Education

Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
