Job summary

Essity in Menasha, WI is seeking a recently graduated process engineer to join one of the largest paper manufacturing sites. You will work on tissue manufacturing machines and develop your process engineering and people management skills as part of our professional production team.

The program targets graduates with a degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering who will contribute to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or upcoming graduates in engineering fields relevant to process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety-oriented processes for yourself and others.
• Follow established engineering principles to determine steps to manufacture tissue-based products meeting quality and cost standards.
• Prepare standard operation sheets.
• Monitor production processes and collect/analyze data to identify opportunities to improve production processes.
• Learn to troubleshoot using root cause analysis methodology.
• Drive projects to support continuous improvements and deliverables.
• Complete industry-specific in-house training modules and pursue ongoing learning.
