Job summary

CVS Health’s Graduate Pharmacy Intern program in California provides hands-on experience supporting pharmacy teams, applying didactic learning to real-world practice, and preparing for pharmacist responsibilities under a preceptor and district leader guidance.

During a 120-day training roadmap, you will learn store operations, patient safety, DUR, SOPs, and customer service, with opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge while maintaining compassionate care.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program.
• Ability to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Support immunizations and other services when appropriate under supervision.
