Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program designed to train you within a 120‑day roadmap, preparing you for a Pharmacist role while supporting pharmacy operations and patient care. You’ll develop skills in safety, DUR, and SOPs, while learning to provide empathetic, high‑quality service across the store team.

As readiness grows, you may take on more accountability, travel to stores as needed, and assist in immunizations and other patient services under licensed supervision.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe per state guidelines, 120 days from graduation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task, pivot quickly between tasks, and ensure prescription accuracy.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people and respond to patient needs.
• Communication Skills: effective verbal and written communication with patients and colleagues.
