Job summary

CVS Health's Graduate Pharmacy Intern program provides hands-on training in store pharmacy operations. You will apply didactic learning, complete a 120-day roadmap, and learn patient safety, DUR, and SOPs under a preceptor.

You will assist in dispensing, counseling, immunizations, and delivering caring service that exceeds patient expectations. As readiness grows, you may take on more responsibility within the pharmacy team, including inventory, scheduling, and compliance with laws while

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within state guidelines, within 120 days of graduation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance, including nights and weekends, and completing training within the designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, promptly, and with a caring service.
• Support immunizations, patient counseling, and pharmacy operations while following SOPs.
