You will support pharmacy teams to ensure safe, accurate dispensing, follow SOPs, and develop clinical and technical knowledge while embracing a culture of empathy, patient care, and collaboration across stores in the market.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe per state guidelines
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern/licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Follow SOPs and ensure patient safety and accuracy in dispensing
• Demonstrate empathy and customer service while supporting pharmacy team
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues
• Perform basic tasks to support inventory and operations
