CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to APPLY didactic learning in real-world practice within our retail pharmacy teams. You will work under a pharmacist preceptor to complete a 120-day training roadmap, learning store, district, and regional operations while prioritizing patient safety and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post‑Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe (120 days post-graduation).
• Currently hold or be in the process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacy operations to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Support patient care and customer service with empathy and professionalism.
• Counsel patients and respond to medical questions when appropriate under supervision.
• Assist with immunizations and other pharmacy services where allowed by law.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and technicians to optimize workflow.
• Be flexible to travel to stores in the market as needed.
