Job summary

CVS Health in Missouri (Blue Springs) is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world pharmacy practice and prepare for a Pharmacist role.

Under supervision, you will complete a comprehensive 120-day training roadmap, deepen your understanding of patient safety, DUR, SOPs, and effective communication while supporting the pharmacy team to ensure safe, timely prescriptions and caring service.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program required.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe (120 days).
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and technicians to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Maintain SOP compliance and patient safety practices.
• Provide compassionate customer service and counseling.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts as directed.
• Support immunization services where permitted.
