Qualifications

• Licensed RN in MN/WI and eligible for licensure.
• Graduate degree with a major in nursing (MSN/EdD/PhD).
• Doctorate in nursing or related field before first duty day.
• Background study clearance as required by statutes.
• Evidence of effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Formal or informal teaching experience in academic/practice settings.
• CPR certification for health care providers.
• Immunizations documented as required for clinical agencies.

Responsibilities

• Teach in graduate programs, including Direct Entry Master’s Program.
• Design and deliver evidence-based simulation experiences with debriefing.
• Coordinate program admissions, progression, scheduling, and site coordination.
• Prepare reports for accreditation bodies and program evaluation.
• Advise students and participate in scholarly activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare partners to address education, research, and practice issues.
