Job summary

Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota seeks a qualified Nurse Educator for the undergraduate nursing program on the Winona campus. The BSN program is accredited and designed as a four-year residential cohort for qualified freshmen.

The faculty member will teach across lectures, labs, simulations, and clinicals while ensuring alignment with the Lasallian mission. The role includes curriculum evaluation, student advising, and scholarly activity, with rank and compensation determined by

Qualifications

Registered nurse license in Minnesota.
Graduate degree; if not in nursing, BSN required.
3 years of clinical RN experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Program Director to refine the nursing curriculum and mapping.
Teach in lecture, skills lab, simulation, or clinical courses; load 22–24 credits per year.
Participate in program and course evaluation including student learning outcomes.
Serve as academic advisor and assist students toward success.
Maintain content through journals and literature with cultural sensitivity.
