Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the ICU Step-Down Unit (TCU) in Freeman, WV. The 20-bed unit supports patients transitioning from ICU to Med-Surge with a multidisciplinary team and a patient-centered approach.

You will assess, plan, and implement care, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to ensure safe outcomes. Missouri license or compact-state eligibility is required within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Eligible To Sit For State Boards.
• Must Successfully Complete RN Residency.
• Must Obtain A Missouri Registered Nurse License Or RN License From A Compact State Within Ninety (90) Days After Graduation Or Thirty (30) Days After Passing The NCLEX Exam In A State Other Than Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs; plan interventions.
• Implement and evaluate care; adjust plan as needed.
• Provide safe and effective care under supervision.
