Freeman Health System in Joplin, MO is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join the ICU Step-Down Unit (TCU) on night shifts. You will provide basic nursing care under supervision to high-acuity patients on a 20-bed unit, supporting the clinical team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates hold a Missouri CNA license, BLS certification, and are ready to complete required trainings within specified timelines.

Formación

• Active Missouri CNA license.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 60 days.
• Must successfully pass Patient Care Orientation (PCO) within 30 days of hire.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training Program (CPI) within 365 days.
• NT Competency Day annually by transcript due date.

Located on the sixth floor of the Tower at Freeman Hospital West 20-bed ICU step-down unit, which provides care for high acuity patients that require close monitoring

What You’ll Do Under the direction/supervision of a nurse, provides basic nursing care needs for assigned patients.

Requirements

• 1. Active Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• 2. AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 60 days.
