Worley invites applications for the Piping Engineer - Rotational Graduate program. The two-year rotational program provides hands-on exposure across engineering, project delivery, project services and field operations, with rotations in office and field environments.

You will learn through mentoring and structured learning, preparing you for a long-term career within Worley. Participants gain practical experience, develop technical and leadership skills, and build a network across global teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering.
• Progress toward, or eligibility for, professional certifications (e.g., EIT, PE) where applicable.
• Commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation.
• Demonstrate adaptability and proactive learning.
