Job summary

Worley offers a two-year Graduate Development Rotational Program designed to accelerate growth for high-potential early career professionals. You will rotate across engineering, project delivery, and field operations, gaining hands-on experience in both office and field environments.

Mentors guide you as you develop technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities. Expect structured learning, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to global teams.

Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or early work experience in engineering or related field (preferred).
• Foundational technical knowledge aligned to your field of study (engineering, project management, construction, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to apply academic learning to real-world problems through coursework or projects.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects across engineering, project services, and construction to meet requirements.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions and learn the full project lifecycle.
• Contribute to discipline activities during rotations, including engineering design, scheduling, cost tracking, or field services.
