Participants rotate across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction, gaining practical experience in design, controls, scheduling, and field activities.

Under experienced mentors, graduates develop technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities while supporting projects from concept through handover within a global energy context.

• Eligibility for relevant professional certifications or registrations where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet requirements.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions, gaining full lifecycle exposure from concept to handover.
• Contribute to discipline activities during each rotation: engineering design, project controls, and field services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives, safety, and quality.
• Assist in preparation and review of project documentation and vendor deliverables.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/related field

Engineer-in-Training (EIT)
