Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on hardware experience through internships, co-ops, university projects, or student teams.
• Proficiency in CAD (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with DFM/DFA principles and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of thermal, vibration, and environmental design considerations.
• Curious, eager to learn, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and validation of electromechanical assemblies, balancing performance, manufacturability, and cost.
• Contribute across the full product lifecycle, from prototypes through EVT/DVT/PVT builds and field deployment.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to communicate with vendors and suppliers, keeping parts on schedule and to spec.
• Take initiative, act with urgency, and bring a hands-on approach to problem solving in a fast-moving environment.
• Take ownership of work and help keep multiple workstreams moving forward.
