Apex North America is seeking a Graduate Technical Sales Representative to grow our business across the eight-state Southeast United States. This field-based role suits a recent engineering graduate with a technical mindset and an outgoing personality, ready to travel and build relationships.

You will translate customer needs into technical solutions, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with our technical, production, and service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships across levels of an organization.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Southeast territory.
• Valid driver's license and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand customer relationships across the eight-state Southeast territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits, technical discussions, presentations, and site assessments.
• Translate customer requirements and production challenges into technical solutions.
• Manage multiple customers, projects, quotations, trials, and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate forecasting information within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with technical, production, customer service, and management teams.
• Represent Apex at meetings, events and conferences.
