Job summary

Optomi is launching Acadomi, a hands-on 3-month training program for recent graduates to start a career in IT staffing. Graduates will train with seasoned recruiters and leads, then move to one of our U.S. offices (Dallas, Atlanta, or Charlotte) to begin full-time roles.

You will learn sourcing, interviewing, and candidate submission, with opportunities to advance into a Technical Recruiter role and grow within a promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Training provided for recent graduates.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Use various job platforms to search for and reach out to qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate’s technical experience.
• Format resume/submittal package to highlight top skills for client review.
• Prepare candidates for phone and in-person interviews with deep discussions.
• Work with Account Executive to negotiate pay rates for consultant and client.
• Gather and prepare onboarding paperwork after offer/acceptance.
• Stay connected with consultants through events and meetings to ensure success.
• Meet minimum weekly metrics including phone interviews and submittals.
