Job summary

Wellness Equity Alliance is seeking a Graduate Internship Coordinator to lead a multi‑discipline internship program in Southern California. This part‑time role (up to 24 hours/week) focuses on mentorship, program design, and stakeholder coordination with students, universities, and internal supervisors.

The role advances public health equity through structured, academically aligned experiences and robust program evaluation, with hybrid collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; masters preferred for public health roles.
• 3–5 years in internship program coordination or workforce development.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards across health programs.
• Strong relationship management with students, faculty, and partners.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS and partnership management.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a comprehensive graduate internship program across disciplines.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, placement, supervision, evaluation, and offboarding.
• Coordinate academic partnerships and MOUs with colleges and programs.
• Support internal stakeholders across clinical ops, policy, and research.
• Track outcomes and report program impact to leadership.
