The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement is seeking a Wellness Program Manager based in Southern California. In this client-facing role, you will develop innovative wellness initiatives that promote preventive health. Your responsibilities will include leading biometric screenings, supporting wellness strategies, and building relationships with clients to enhance participation and outcomes.

With a focus on behavior change across various health areas, you will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. A Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in healthcare account management are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare account management with strong client relationship skills.
• Minimum of 3 years promoting healthy lifestyle changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of onsite biometric screenings.
• Monitor participation and implement strategies to increase engagement.
• Establish rapport with plan sponsors for decision-making on wellness.
• Support development of a wellbeing champion network.
• Educate customers on health resources and Aetna Care Management.
• Lead presentations to promote health education.
