Qualifications

• MSW required and two years post‑graduate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and ongoing development of the intern coaching program.
• Coordinate training, supervision, and development of BASW and MSW interns.
• Collaborate with university and county partners to maintain program integrity and compliance.
• Provide data and written analysis on program effectiveness and outcomes.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise practicum instructors as applicable.
