Job summary

Wellness and Equity Alliance LLC in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Internship Coordinator to manage graduate internship programs across MPH, MSW, MHA, and other tracks. The role focuses on mentorship, partnership with academic institutions, and ensuring meaningful, standards-aligned experiences for interns.

The position is part-time (up to 24 hours/week) with a hybrid in-person schedule. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of internship coordination or workforce development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of internship program coordination or related experience.
• Experience with graduate field placement and healthcare workforce development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve a graduate internship program across multiple disciplines.
• Manage full internship lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, placement, supervision, evaluation, and offboarding.
• Coordinate with academic partners to ensure accreditation and program requirements are met.
