Job summary

The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is seeking a Graduate Intern of Success Coaching to support academic programs at the Student Success Center. This role involves providing tailored coaching and mentoring to undergraduate students, aimed at enhancing their academic journey.

The ideal candidate will be enrolled in graduate coursework, have strong communication skills, and be familiar with CRM software. Compensation is up to $15/hour for 20-25 hours per week. Applications are rolling for spring and summer semesters through 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 GPA and ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings/weekends.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and supporting a student population from Milwaukee.
• Experience in student affairs or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to undergraduate students utilizing the coaching model.
• Maintain working relationships with on and off-campus program partners.
• Assess and report on results of success coaching initiatives.
