Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least two years in college student services.
• Strong knowledge of the University of Michigan student academic and social culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic coaching to enrolled students to support academic, personal, and professional success.
• Meet one-on-one and in groups to advise on curriculum topics.
• Analyze courses of action and refer students to resources.
• Track and analyze student progress using CRM tools.
• Support workshop development and program evaluation.
• Collaborate with campus partners to strengthen student support networks.
• Assist in program administration and documentation.
