Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar with coursework in engineering and/or applied math/sciences where relevant
• Demonstrate interest in the built environment and infrastructure across sectors such as transportation, water, energy, data centers
• Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team-based work
• Analytical mindset or strategic thinker
• Previous intern or work experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese with English) preferred
• Comfortable with public speaking in professional settings preferred
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques preferred
• Flexibility and out-of-the-box thinking preferred
• Understanding of project development processes and project finance preferred
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Primavera 6, Excel financial modeling techniques, VBA
• Effective presentation skills for varied audiences
• Out-of-the-box thinking preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in technical and commercial due diligence reviews and O&M monitoring across sectors
• Analyze risks including cost, schedule and contracts; manage project information with the team
• Prepare analyses, draw conclusions, and coordinate inputs from other consultants
• Assist with proposals according to deadlines
