Job summary

Arup is expanding its Advisory team on the East Coast and seeks a Senior Consultant for Technical Advisory. You will lead client-facing technical, commercial, and financial engagements across transportation, energy, water, and more, with emphasis on sustainability, decarbonization, resilience, and ESG.

Preferred candidates have 8+ years in the infrastructure sector, consulting/advisory experience, and strong English writing/presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in the US infrastructure sector, preferably in a Consulting/Advisory capacity with due-diligence background.
• Excellent written and verbal English, strong presentation skills, and data/analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing technical, commercial, and/or financial infrastructure advisory engagements.
• Perform technical due diligence covering energy demand, capital needs, operating strategy, and local infrastructure.
• Develop business cases for energy/infrastructure projects with developers and financiers.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development and client meetings.
