Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Climate Science.
• MS/PhD desired but not required.
• Basic programming and risk modeling knowledge.
• Strong analytical and data-driven skills.
• Familiarity with probabilistic risk methods and GIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative physical risk assessments for buildings and infrastructure.
• Conduct hazard analyses including climate change in hazard models.
• Develop risk mitigation and resilience strategies for projects and cities.
• Apply cost-benefit analysis and adaptation planning techniques.
• Create automation scripts for risk models and daily tasks.
• Prepare project deliverables and communicate findings to clients.
