Qualifications
- BS and/or MS graduating Dec 2026–Aug 2027 in IE, ISyE, Industrial & Management Eng, Eng Mgmt or Manufacturing Eng.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply IE and manufacturing operations fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, initiate, and drive projects to completion
- Demonstrated ability to collaborates inclusively to solve problems
- Demonstrated ability to be an active learner
- Demonstrated curiosity and initiative leading to deeper understanding
- Evidence of hands-on approach and good judgment to work through ambiguity and challenges
