Job summary

Gore is offering a 2027 Industrial Engineering Summer Internship across multiple sites including Elkton, MD and Newark, DE. You will work on industrial engineering projects, lean manufacturing initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to improve productivity and operations.

Qualified students are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Industrial Engineering or related fields, with at least sophomore standing, and a commitment to a 12-week program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Successful completion of at least sophomore year prior to the start of the internship.
• Intend to return to school following the internship.
• Ability to commit to a minimum 12-week summer internship.
• Foundational knowledge of industrial engineering principles, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
