Baptist Health Shelby Hospital in Alabaster, AL is seeking a Graduate Nurse for the SICU. This full-time night shift (7p-7a) includes every 3rd weekend. You will administer bedside patient care in an acute setting, develop care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient and family needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nursing degree and be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Graduate Nurse in Alabama.
• Authorized by the Alabama Board of Nursing to practice as a Graduate Nurse.
• Must be eligible to take the NCLEX examination.

Responsibilities

• Administers bedside patient care in a hospital/inpatient setting under supervision.
• Develops and revises care plans based on patient needs and responses.
• Collaborates with the medical team to plan and manage patient care.
