Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Authorized by the Alabama Board of Nursing to practice as a graduate nurse.
• Must obtain RN licensure within three months of placement (NLC multistate RN license).

Responsibilities

• Administers bedside patient care under supervision.
• Develops and revises individualized care plans.
• Documents care and coordinates with medical staff.
• Participates in Nurse Residency Program as appropriate.
