Baptist Health Shelby in Alabaster, AL, is seeking a Graduate Nurse SICU for a full-time night shift (7p-7a) with every 3rd weekend. You’ll provide bedside care in an acute setting, under supervision, and participate in developing patient-centered plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate nurse authorized to practice as a nurse in Alabama within three months of placement.
• Active NCLEX eligibility and licensure process to obtain RN license.
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications for unit needs.

Responsibilities

• Administers bedside patient care in a hospital or inpatient setting under supervision.
• Assesses patient needs and develops care plans based on responses.
• Communicates and collaborates with the medical team to manage patient care.
• Documents patient information meeting regulatory standards.
