This graduate-level work-study position offers hands-on experience in a professional design setting, handling print, digital, and web communications from planning through execution.

You will collaborate with team members to meet deadlines, apply brand guidelines, and manage projects of varying scope.

Qualifications

• Graduate student enrolled at Indiana University pursuing a graduate degree in fine arts, art, graphic design, or related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management and communication tools (Teams, Asana, OneDrive, Outlook).
• Portfolio available upon interview request.
• This position is limited to graduate-level work-study students.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, produce, and manage design deliverables for print, digital, and web communications.
• Work collaboratively to support print and digital design needs for the team and Luddy School.
• Design basic to complex communications and materials by established deadlines for various audiences.
• Independently apply brand guidelines and design principles.
• Manage small projects or phases, with on-time completion within budget.
• Develop project plans and track metrics, reporting progress to management.
