Job summary

Southeast University is seeking a Graduate Assistant within Campus Life to support daily operations, handle front-office duties, and assist with housing, ID cards, and access systems. This entry-level role supports the Campus Life team and reports to the Director and Assistant Director of Campus Life.

The position is seasonal/temporary and may require hours up to 29 per week, with housing and meal options under two benefit plans. Training and university guidelines apply.

Qualifications

• A completed bachelor’s degree and acceptance into a Southeast University Graduate Program.
• No experience required.
• Availability to work up to 29 hours per week, with flexibility around academic commitments. 20 hours per week in the summer semester.
• Familiarity with department-specific software and tools; training to be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide departmental and project-related administrative support.
• Assist with student and campus life operations, including front office tasks and communication.
• Supervise and coordinate student workers, manage ID printing and access control processes.
• Contribute to housing inspections, reporting, and housing documentation.
