Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Currently enrolled MGA student for at least 6 credit hours (12 preferred).
• Students must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, setting up, and working Student Life events and activities (indoor and outdoor).
• Perform daily spot-checks of the Wellness Center for cleanliness and proper equipment storage.
• Perform daily spot-checks of the Student Center/Game Room to ensure furniture and equipment are returned to their proper places.
• Report any broken, missing, or damaged equipment from the Wellness Center or Student Center to the supervisor.
• Oversee check-in and check-out of game consoles and games from the Student Life Office.
• Conduct weekly checks of campus bulletin boards to remove outdated flyers and ensure new postings are visible.
• Assist with entering Student Life events and updates into the Knight Life portal in a timely manner.
• Attend meetings or trainings as assigned by supervisor.
• Promote and encourage student participation in Student Life events.
• Represent Middle Georgia State University and the Office of Student Life with professionalism and enthusiasm.
