Job summary

EKU Careers invites applications for a Graduate Assistant in Student Conduct and Crisis Management at the Richmond Campus. The GA will support student conduct processes, crisis response, and related initiatives within Housing and Residence Life, reporting to the Associate Director of Residence Life for Crisis Management.

The position is part-time (20 hours/week), live-on, with some nights and weekends required for events, beginning January 2027.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in student leadership roles, residence life, or student affairs.
• Crisis response, conflict resolution, or supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience On-call

Responsibilities

• Work within an assigned focus area within Housing and Residence Life to provide support and development. - (Essential)
• Perform and support other areas of Housing and Residence Life as assigned. - (Essential)
• Attend various trainings and meetings as needed. - (Essential)
