Job summary

Saint Leo University is seeking a Graduate Assistant in Game Operations on campus. This part-time role supports the Director of Game Day Operations & Events and provides hands-on experience in overseeing home game operations and events.

Duties include assisting with facility setup, managing student worker schedules, learning roles such as scorekeeping, scoreboard, and shot clock, performing safety walk-throughs, coordinating with head coaches, and processing work orders and vendor deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college/university.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification or course within two months of employment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with game day operations and events planning.
• Manage schedules for game operations student workers.
• Learn roles such as scorekeeping, scoreboard, shot clock.
• Assist with facility setup, maintenance, and safety inspections.
• Enter facilities work orders and coordinate with vendors.
• Support head coaches with game day planning and communication.
