Job summary

Georgetown University McDonough School of Business is hiring an Admissions Coordinator for MSBA and Executive MBA admissions. You will manage all aspects of the admissions process, including application review, credential checks, and decision processing, while coordinating with Risepoint to move prospects efficiently through the cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills.
• Experience in a large institution IT environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel is expected.
• Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and ensure accurate processing of all applicant files.
• Schedule admissions interviews with staff and faculty.
• Deliver decisions promptly and respond to inquiries to improve yield.
• Manage the EMBA admissions inbox and admissions phone line.
• Coordinate with Risepoint to guide applicants through the process.
• Support marketing automation platform and recruitment events.
• Maintain admissions database and generate data for student profiles.
• Compile weekly and monthly admissions statistics.
