Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time Graduate Engineer - Transportation to join our Mobility Service Line in the Duluth, MN office. We will provide you with the mentoring and team environment that will allow you to grow and learn in your professional career. This position will give you an opportunity to work on a variety of transportation projects for state, county, and municipal clients. You will work on transportation planning, design, and traffic analysis with an emphasis on highway and intersection design projects.

  • CAD work and 3D design on intersection and highway improvement projects
  • Computer modeling of intersection capacity and results reporting
  • Public meeting presentation displays and public engagement
Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering by May 2024 required
  • The ideal candidate has previous consulting internship experience
  • Successfully passed FE exam preferred
  • Interest to grow in transportation engineering required
  • Bentley OpenRoads experience desired
  • This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position.

The salary for this position ranges from $62,600 to $91,000, with higher compensation available for candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications. Candidates with extensive experience may also be considered for a higher-level position within the company, with a corresponding increase in salary.
